Jennifer Hudson’s fiance “David Otunga” has taken a break from wrestling to return to law.
Following reports earlier this month, Jennifer was not happy that David was furthering his wrestling career when he could be making use of his Havard law degree.
Now it has been reported that David returned to the courts to represent a man who believed he was wrongfully terminated and denied unemployment benefits.
According to TMZ, David “smoked the witness during cross examination,” and the judge agreed with his argument and he won the case so his client will now get unemployment benefits.
David did not initially ask for money before taking the case to court, as it was pro-bono.
Apparently he was confident about his performance in court, saying before the case: “If the outcome of the case is any indication of how I’ll do in the Royal Rumble this weekend, then it looks like I’ll be the winner.”
I think David should just stick to being a lawyer..
