Michael Lohan’s fiance has filed for a domestic violence case against him.
TMZ reported that Kate Major called the Southampton Town Police on Monday (July 19) at 2pm, before Michael flew off to Los Angeles for Lindsay’s case.

An argument escalated between Michael and Kate which lead to Michael Lohan shoving her over a chair and injuring her shoulder.
Michael kicked Kate in the face and that resulted to Kate going to the hospital.
