Whoopi Goldberg Denies Hitting Michaele Salahi

Rumors have been swirling that Whoopi hit Michaele Salahi on “The View” on Wednesday, Whoopi has since then denied any such doing while defending her actions.

She told the audience on Thursday’s show, “Things got very heated on the air and backstage. I come out on set sometimes just ‘cause I wanna. That’s the way I do it here.”

“Michaele was very upset about what was said about her on the air. She thought I hit her. I went up to her and told her that she knew I didn’t hit her.” She added.

Admitting to have used a few inappropriate words, she said that Michaele and husband Tareq were “so choice you could have taken them with a knife and eaten them.”

“I make no apology for my choice words.” Not ashamed of her verbal actions, she concluded.
